The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking scripts. We say that plainly because it is true, not because a banner made us.

• No cookies. That is also why you see no cookie banner.
• No analytics or tracking scripts. No visitor profiles, no pixels, no fingerprinting.
• The free tools run entirely in your browser. Whatever you type into the Article 50 checker, the penalty calculator, the resume checker, the fee calculator or the paycheck calendar is processed on your device and never transmitted to us or anyone else. This site has no backend to send it to.
• Server logs. The site is served as static files from a hosting provider (Amazon Web Services CloudFront/S3), which processes IP addresses at the network level to deliver the pages, as any web host does. We do not use these to identify visitors.
• E-mail. If you e-mail support@thoughtraven.com, we use your address to reply and keep the correspondence as long as needed for support. We do not add you to any list.
• Third-party stores. Buying our products or downloading our free files happens on external platforms (Gumroad, Etsy). Those checkouts — including the e-mail address you provide there — are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies. We receive from them what a seller normally receives (e.g. order details); we do not place their trackers on this site.

The free tools on this site (the EU AI Act Article 50 checker, the AI Act penalty calculator, the ATS resume checker, the Etsy fee calculator and the biweekly paycheck calendar) are provided as-is, free of charge, for general information.
